The Shadyside Local School District can proudly report significant improvement in our 2010/2011 District Report Card. We passed 21 of 26 Indicators and are designated as an EFFECTIVE school district.
I also would like to recognize our Class of 2011, who definitely left their mark on the school district in terms of both academic and athletic achievement.
Congratulations to the staff and students for the many accomplishments!
Looking forward to the 2011-2012 school year, our District Goals are:
Goal #1 To pass 26 of 26 Report Card Indicators for the 2011/2012 school year.
Goal #2 For the school district’s staff and administration to implement strategies to enhance the invitational environment of our school facilities.
Goal #3 Introduce the iPad-2 Pilot Program with our high school students in hopes that this type of technology will expand to other classroom options in the future.
Goal #4 The introduction of/and expansion of the Shadyside Local School District’s new web page. Our web page shall provide information and expand communication for the Shadyside School and community.
